#GetHealthy on Route8 - Objectives met!

The #GetHealthy on Route8 campaign objectives are to promote the 8 steps to a Healthier Lifestyle by making healthy living more accessible to the Mauritian public across the island, through free health tests, free health tips & advice on stress management and healthy eating, as well as, free fitness, zumba and yoga sessions, in collaboration with NIC's broad network of established healthcare providers, partners and dynamic workforce.

Spearheaded by the NIC health caravan, 8 #GetHealthy on Route8 campaigns have been realised at 8 locations across the island, attracting more than 12,000 visitors. Nearly 5,300 people were screened, out of which around 40% were referred for further tests.

#GetHealthy on Route8 will be back by popular demand with a new Route8, 8 new campaigns at 8 new stops across the island.
