  • Contact overdue clients by telephone or written communication within agreed timescales

  • Carry out the entrusted administrative tasks required thereof (due diligence, cashiering and receipting)

  • Handle client complaints and arrears management promptly with swift and satisfactory resolution

  • Propose alternatives as prescribed by internal policies and procedures to support the arrears recovery processes



  • HSC or higher qualifications (O Level may be acceptable)

  • Experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of insurance and financial products would be an advantage

  • Comfortable to work with numbers

  • Proactive, dynamic and results oriented 

  • Good communication skills (Oral/written)
