DEBT COLLECTOR (FREELANCE)

Responsibilities

Contact overdue clients by telephone or written communication within agreed timescales

Carry out the entrusted administrative tasks required thereof (due diligence, cashiering and receipting)

Handle client complaints and arrears management promptly with swift and satisfactory resolution
-
Propose alternatives as prescribed by internal policies and procedures to support the arrears recovery processes
Requirements
-
HSC or higher qualifications (O Level may be acceptable)
-
Experience in customer service or sales
-
Knowledge of insurance and financial products would be an advantage
-
Comfortable to work with numbers
-
Proactive, dynamic and results oriented
-
Good communication skills (Oral/written)
