If you have properly uploaded pictures of the original claims documents and supporting reports, there is no need to send them to NIC. However, you should keep all supporting claims documents and reports in your custody in case they are required for any cross examination in the future.

You will receive a notification on your NIC I.sphere mobile app whenever a claims payment is effected to you. It will also be accompanied by an SMS. To view progress of your claim, please check the "Status" and "Sub- Status" for latest updates by clicking on the details button of the relevant claim.

To ease your claims assessment, you can take and upload the pictures of the damaged sides/ parts of the vehicle(s) directly on your NIC I.sphere mobile app. Just select the side(s) damaged and tag it with the nature of the damage.

Yes. You should choose the instalment due and proceed to payment. It will automatically enable you to select the payment mode and effect the payment online. Your policies will be updated instantly upon receipt of the payment online.

Yes, you can but a series of insurance policies available for online purchase through your NIC I.sphere mobile app by selecting "Buy Insurance" button. You will be guided through a step by step process to select the product, your desired coverage and other required information and complete the payment process. Your policies will be activated once your application is underwritten online and payment is received. You will note that some insurance plans and loans products are only available through " Get Quote" service requests. Your insurance Advisor will follow it up with you to conclude the process.

Yes, you can renew insurance policies available for online renewal through your NIC I.sphere mobile app by selecting the renewal function of insurance policies ready for renewal.

You can simply click on the "Promotion" button on the main menu of your NIC I.sphere mobile app to view all available product promotions to which you can avail, and progress to purchase of the selected insurance cover(s).
