An individual or SME/Corporate can easily access their secure and personalized online Dashboard linked to your NID. It allows you to have a 360 degree view of andandproducts available and your micro finance or loans. For example, you may apply for new lending facilities & monitor the application status, view product terms & conditions and requirements, check account(s) details and transactions history, track upcoming or pending payments, and effect transactions especially for managing employees & suppliers*.

You can easily access our different short term or long term products through our I.finance & I.finance Pro Apps or Customer portals, dedicated sales representatives, I.finance Outlets or Service Providers across the island.
Yes! Applications are accepted from new and existing clients, and even if you already have other Credit Facilities or loans. Your eligibility will be assessed based on your credit profile and repayment capacity.
Co-Applicant and Guarantors are also accepted
Once you apply for a MyCash or MyLoan through our I.finance or I.finance Pro apps or customer portal, representatives or Outlets, the I.finance team will evaluate your credit eligibility based on your personal or corporate profile for e.g.: occupation, sector, employment, MCIB records, project/business plan** and guide you on the next steps.
Specific to self employed individuals, SMEs and corporates
A co-applicant or guarantor may be required in certain cases, depending on the type of micro finance or loan, credit profile, and depending on the amount you are borrowing. For e.g. your spouse or close parent may apply jointly for the micro finance/loan and the credit assessment will be made on the joint income and EMIs.
It may take 3 to 5 business days for MyCash disbursements to be credited to the designated client or service provider bank account (as per specific MyCash product set up). For MyLoan, the disbursement is based on the long term product type.
Fixed interest rates are applicable and vary by product & the term of the financing. Application & processing fees are payable and will be deducted from the disbursement amount. Please contact us for more information or kindly refer to the Products T&C.
Yes! It is critical that you & your loved ones are protected. I.finance products have embedded insurance which cover:
- Death
- Critical illnesses
- Partial or total disability
You can also opt out of the embedded insurance policy by assigning your existing insurance cover (with adequate life & disability) in favour of NICM (lender).
Yes! MyCash BiziLady & MyCash Biziman are custom made for self-employed individuals who are encouraged to refer to the documentation to enable the I.finance team to ascertain the income and credit worthiness for maximum eligibility.
For projects or specific products, own funding or a deposit may be required. For example, for project financing, own funding of a minimum of 5-10 % may apply.
MyCash Voyaz - A deposit of 25% is required on the quoted travel package amount (payable to your chosen Travel Service Provider), and 50% in case of Air Tickets ONLY.
Before starting your online application, make sure to prepare your project/business plan, cash flow projections and the required documents;
- Clearly define the purpose of financing and the exact amount you need. This will help you choose the most suitable credit facility;
- Define key Milestones and completion timeframe for progress financing;
- Gather and digitize all necessary documents in advance. The application process is designed to be simple and transparent on our digital platforms. Once you submit your application, the I.finance team will promptly review and connect with you on the next steps.
I.finance offers collateral free micro finance as well as secured credit facilities. A collateral is an asset you use to secure your micro finance and may be required based on your credit profile or for some type of micro finance (especially for SME or Self Employed business expansion). The I.finance team will guide you to ease the process.

The details shown in the “My Profile” section of your Account Dashboard are based on the information you provided during registration and cannot be changed on our portal.
If you need to update important information such as your name, address, mobile, email, or bank account, please email us or visit an I.finance outlet.
Please bring the relevant supporting documents, for example, a valid National Identity Card (NIC), Passport, proof of address or bank account number. For regulatory and verification purposes, original documents are required to confirm their authenticity.
Repayments can be made using any of the following convenient methods:
- Direct Debit
- Electronic money or Debit/Credit card on the I.finance/I.finance Pro App/Portal
- Electronic money using the enriched Maucas QR on your arrears notice
- Electronic money or Debit/Credit card or Cash/Cheque at I.finance outlets
- Bill Presentment set up using your electronic money (Juice)
Yes! Early repayment is allowed and without any penalty!
This gives you the flexibility to reduce your account balance and save on interest.
You can also pay using any electronic money app of your choice by scanning the personalised enriched Maucas QR on your arrears notice.
You can also settle your missed instalment easily through the I.finance/I.finance Pro App/Portal. Simply follow the instructions in the app/portal to choose your repayment method. Otherwise, please visit an I.finance Outlet.
If a repayment is missed, and not settled by the 5th day of the following month, late fees and additional interest will be charged as per the product T&C.
We recommend that you pay part or the full amount using any electronic money app of your choice using the enriched Maucas QR on your arrears notice.

You will receive reminders (by email, SMS, post, or phone) and if unsettled, your account will be reassigned to the I.finance Debt Collection team.
We recommend that you contact the I.finance Debt Collection team for assistance on our debt restructuring options.
In case the arrears are still not settled, the account will be transferred to the I.finance Legal team and Attorney and a commission fee up to 10% (plus VAT) will be charged over and above the dues.
